Many Haus of Opulence products are personalized, made to order, handcrafted, or 3D printed, which means production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping destinations
Haus of Opulence currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.
Typical production windows
Unless a product page states otherwise, typical processing and production estimates are:
- Ready-to-ship or hand-assembled items: 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order 3D-printed décor: 3–5 business days.
- Personalized Little Scholar bundles: 5–7 business days after all required personalization details are received.
- Signature Celebration Chip Bags — Digital Design Only: 2–3 business days after all required details are received.
- Signature Celebration Chip Bags — DIY Printed Wraps: 5–7 business days after all required details and approvals are received.
- Signature Celebration Chip Bags — Fully Assembled: 7–10 business days after all required details and approvals are received.
These are typical estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Larger quantities, seasonal volume, extensive revisions, or unusual customization may require additional time. If a product page provides a different timeframe, the product-specific timeframe controls.
Personalized and custom orders
For orders requiring personalization details or design approval, production time begins only after all required information and approvals have been received. Delays in receiving customer details or approval can delay production.
Shipping time
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Express Shipping speeds carrier transit only and does not automatically provide rush production. Rush production is subject to availability and must be separately confirmed.
Event dates and deadlines
If your order is for a specific event, please order as early as possible and include the event or need-by date when requested. An event date helps us evaluate timing, but delivery by a specific date is only guaranteed when explicitly confirmed for that order.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Address errors can cause delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs.
Carrier delays
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit delays can occur outside of our control. If a shipment experiences an issue, contact us and we will help review the available tracking information.
